Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

P.O. Boxes: If you have a post office box or live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please use USPS. If you have a military address, please call us at (800) 748-6229 to place your order.

Express Shipments: UPS 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day Air orders will ship SAME DAY if placed by 11:30 a.m. Mountain Time (MT). This excludes Saturdays and Sundays as we only ship Monday through Friday. Weekend orders with express shipping selected will go out the following Monday.

International Orders: International shipping charges cover the cost of airmail and do not include any additional customs fees or taxes that may be assessed on delivery to your country. Each country has different customs regulations. Some countries may hold, reject, or return product. If returned to us by customs, we will only refund the cost of the product.

Return Policy: We have a customer satisfaction guarantee. We stand behind our products and want to make sure you are happy with them. HealthForce customers have 90 days to return unexpired product(s).

Once the unopened product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used.

Refunds & Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return for refund, credit or replacement, please call our friendly Customer Service Department at (800) 748-6229 or email us from the Contact Us page.

Subscribe & Save Orders: Subscribe & Save Orders that are cancelled after shipping has occurred will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: If the glass is broken or leaking, safely dispose of the product. There is no need to return this item. Please just send us a photo, which will help us to better understand what happened and how to prevent such breakages or leakages in future shipments.
