Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1-2 cups fresh spinach
¾ cup frozen blueberries
2-3 Tablespoons hemp seeds
¼ avocado, pitted
1 Tablespoon Vitamineral Green powder
1 Medjool date, pitted
Splash of lemon juice
