SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Shipping

Orders are processed 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We generally take two business days to ship FedEx Ground and Priority Mail orders. Due to our high volume of orders, it may take 5 to 7 business days before these orders ship.


P.O. Boxes: If you have a post office box or live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please use USPS. If you have a military address, please call us at 800-357-2717 to place your order.


Express Shipments: FedEx 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day Air orders will ship SAME DAY if placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).


International Orders: International shipping charges cover the cost of airmail and do not include any additional customs fees or taxes that may be assessed on delivery to your country. Each country has different customs regulations. Some countries may hold, reject, or return product. If returned to us by customs, we will only refund the cost of the product.

 


Returns

Please call us prior to returning product so that we can notate the return to be expected on your account. Note that there is a 15% restocking fee. We can only accept returns on unopened product. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned, intact product to HealthForce. There is no refund for original shipping costs, and you are responsible for return shipping expenses.
